As a paralegal at Cohen Liuzzo, Claire supports the team in navigating the complex legal landscapes surrounding affordable housing transactions and development, providing detailed and reliable support throughout every stage of a transaction. Her work contributes to projects that create meaningful impact for underserved communities nationwide.
Prior to joining the team, Claire developed a strong commitment to expanding access to safe, stable, and affordable housing through her work at Cannon Heyman & Weiss. She now brings that dedication to Cohen Liuzzo, where she collaborates with the team to advance equitable housing opportunities.
Outside of work, Claire is a classically trained professional violinist and an active member of Local AFM 92 in Buffalo. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time in nature with her husband, Andy, and their dog, Chickpea.
